    Pleasantly surprised by my first taste of the Hot n Sour soup. I usually can tell quality of a place by this tip off. Best Hot n Sour that I can remember. Then a simple egg roll has a better taste.  I had to ask...and yes indeed everything is homemade here. No frozen rolls or canned soup. It makes a noticeable difference.

    In addition the portions sizes are quite ample so no need for the buffet. Better quality food and ample portions.  Everything at lunch menu is just $5.50

    Consistently fresh and good American style Chinese food.  When I want my fix, this is the top of my list in the area.  Relatively fast and friendly service.  Parking can be an issue at times, but mostly spaces are available.

    Best Chinese food in Chattanooga by far. It's difficult for me to get close without ordering something from them.
    Best egg rolls and hot and sour soup anywhere around!! Family run too!

    Loved the egg drop soup and their sesame chicken has a healthy take on it! Service was amazing!

    Had dinner here tonight because a friend wanted to go. I'm not a huge fan of Tennessee Chinese. I really cannot find a place that is good. They are all just "meh." This one definitely falls into the "meh" category...however, of all the "meh" Chinese in the Hixson area this place is the one I'd still choose to eat at over the others. Today I had egg drop soup and orange chicken to go. It was definitely cooked fresh while we were waiting. I didn't care for the soup. It was pretty flavorless. The orange chicken was delicious though. It was full of flavor and the sauce wasn't too sticky. It was good.
